The extension / Day to day

The audit log

Each browser keeps a log of what the extension did, on its settings page.

OutcomeMeaning
BlockedA download, website or clipboard action stopped by a Block policy.
FailedA download that couldn't be secured, so it wasn't saved.
Warned, then Continued or Went backA Warn policy's message, and the person's answer.
AuditedAn action allowed by an Audit policy.
Paused, ResumedPausing protection, with the reason given.

Downloads show the file's size and SHA-256 where known, and the link it came through when it was redirected. Allowed actions aren't recorded.

The log keeps the newest 200 entries. An enrolled browser also sends every entry to the admin console, which has one log for all your browsers: see The audit log in the admin console. Its privacy settings can leave details out of what is sent; this log always keeps them.
