Every enrolled browser, with its user, extension version and when it last checked in.

• Not seen for 7 days and the counts at the top filter the list.
• Unlock lets a browser's user pause protection on a website, for 30 minutes to 8 hours, with a reason that's recorded. Lock ends it.
• Revoke a browser that's been retired: it keeps its last policies but stops getting changes and sending events. It can be enrolled again.
