Clipboard policies

Keep malicious commands out of the clipboard, and control what pages do with it.

• Clipboard action: automatic writes (a page writing by itself), user copies, clipboard reads, or all of them.
• Only when the content matches: choose a content list so ordinary copy buttons keep working. The built-in list covers the commands people are tricked into running.
• Content lists (Library) hold your own patterns. Try text against a list before you use it.
