Your organisation

Rename your organisation, download a copy of its data, or delete it (All settings, Organisation). For owners only.

• Rename: the new name shows straight away in the console, its emails and your IT provider's client list. Browsers show it after their next policy check.
• Download a copy: one ZIP with the audit log, browsers, users and members as CSV files, the policies, and who accepted our Terms of Use and Data Processing Agreement for it.
• Delete organisation: deletes it and all its data, for everyone, once you type its name. It can't be undone. Members keep their accounts, and we email them. Enrolled browsers keep their last policies until you remove the extension with your device management.

Downloading and deleting ask you to confirm it's you first, unless you signed in moments ago.

When a client's organisation is deleted, its IT provider's members lose access too, and the IT provider's audit log records it. See IT providers and MSPs.
